Our consultation services are digital, asynchronous advisory services. Once you submit a consultation request and complete payment, our expert team will review your submission and provide a professional response within 48 hours.

2. When You Are Entitled to a Full Refund

You will receive a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • No Response Delivered: If we fail to deliver a consultation response within 5 business days of confirmed payment, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Service Unavailability: If we are unable to provide the consultation service for any reason (e.g., insufficient information that cannot be resolved, service discontinuation), we will issue a full refund.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same consultation, we will refund the duplicate amount immediately.
  • Payment Made but Consultation Not Submitted: If payment was made but your consultation request was not successfully recorded in our system, you will receive a full refund.

3. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are not available once a consultation response has been delivered to you, as the service has been fully rendered. This includes:

  • Disagreement with the professional opinion provided.
  • Deciding not to proceed with the project after receiving advice.
  • Receiving advice that differs from your expectations.

Our consultations provide professional guidance and general advice. The nature of advisory services means that outcomes and opinions may vary.

4. Quality Guarantee

If you are genuinely dissatisfied with the quality or completeness of the consultation response, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the response. We will:

  1. Review your original submission and our response.
  2. If appropriate, provide a revised or supplementary response at no extra cost.
  3. If we determine the response was inadequate, issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.

5. Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. However, by submitting a consultation request and making payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are requesting that we begin providing the service immediately.
  • You understand that once the digital service has been fully performed (i.e., the consultation response has been delivered), you lose the right to cancel.

If you wish to cancel before we have delivered the consultation response, please contact us as soon as possible and we will issue a full refund.

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method (bank transfer).
  • For GBP payments, refunds will be issued in GBP.
  • For TRY payments, refunds will be issued in TRY at the original amount paid.
  • We do not cover any bank transfer fees that may be charged by your bank for receiving the refund.
